Feroz Sanaulla

As the founder of the Middle East, Turkey and Africa office of Intel Capital, Feroz ran a team whose objectives were to expand, align and accelerate the frontiers of technology via strategic relationships with companies in the context of driving significant positive financial returns for Intel.
Educated in the US and with work experiences from US, Asia and Europe, Feroz brings a unique global perspective in building businesses. Feroz has been involved in entrepreneurial start-ups in social networking, enterprise software, consumer internet and mobility companies. He has also serves on several boards as an advisor. He has dealt with complex strategy, financial, M&A and P&L challenges as a passionate, driven and governance oriented player.
In Intel, Feroz has held positions in marketing, professional services project management, intellectual property development and mergers & acquisitions before joining the principal investment management team at Intel Capital. Before joining Intel in 1997, Feroz spent six years as an entrepreneur and co-founded Santech Worldwide Inc., a trading company in Washington D.C. and also had a short stint at a US defense contractor- Aeroquip/Eaton Corp.
Feroz holds an electrical engineering degree from The University of Maryland (honors) and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan. Feroz is based in Dubai and provides a bridge for relationships that span the global markets. He is a member of the Abu Dhabi Chapter of YPO (Young Presidents Organization, www.ypo.org) and belongs to numerous technical and leadership honor societies.
Feroz is on the board of The Change Initiative- a company with a comprehensive range of sustainable living solutions covering energy conservation, waste management, organic food and lifestyle solutions. He is an advisor to N2V a regional tech investor as well as a mentor to many regional entrepreneurs.
